  • Shatkarma (Yogic Cleansing Techniques):-Shatkarma, the six yogic cleansing practices, are essential for detoxifying and preparing the body for deeper yoga practice. These include nasal cleansing, upper wash, abdominal churning, flame gazing, enema and kapalbhati.
