Bodhidham yoga school is recognized as one of the best yoga schools in Nepal. Bodhidham yoga school has experienced teachers and a family environment at Ashram. Where authentic traditional yogic Knowledge is given in a simplified way.

Nowadays in general, 200 hours  yoga teacher training is 21 days program, and 300 hours yoga teacher training is 25 days program. In these 21 days one can understand the basics of yoga and deepen the practice, course helps to understand the principle of yogic science and teaching methodology. It gives you the confidence to teach yoga.

The certificate provided in the yoga teacher course is from Yoga alliance International USA. Once you receive the certificate after completing the course, you must register as a yoga teacher in the yoga alliance international portal.

The TTC course includes 3 meals, herbal tea, accommodation, teaching material, daily 6 classes, use of the campus, Wi-Fi, a T-shirt, certificate after completion of the course.

Yes, beginners and newbies can also join the course because it is designed so that beginners to advance level practitioners can participate.

Bodhidham yoga Ashram offers Various programs, we provide standard yoga retreats, Nature yoga retreats, Luxury yoga retreats, Yoga treks, yoga tours, and spiritual guidance.

A general yoga retreat includes 1 yoga session, 1 guided meditation session, spa massage ( on request), kirtan ( holy chanting), spiritual discussion, and 3 vegetarian meals. Airport pickup drop.

Normally we keep retreat programs for 3 nights and 4 days, but if someone wants to customize the retreat for longer periods, we plan it accordingly. We always can alter the retreat programs as per the need of our guests.
