The priorities and schedule are so lopsided that it becomes very difficult and almost impossible to keep up the energy levels throughout the week.

A week full of work and then an average bangalorean looks at possible get-together with friends, dining out, movies, shopping etc. And few like myself decided to invest time on focusing on my body, mind and soul via the means of Yoga. I have been a practitioner of Yoga for more than 10 years now, focusing more on the Raja Yoga path.

Though the prerequisite for Raja Yoga from a bodily (posture) perspective could be as simple as keeping the spine and neck straight, when you sit for longer hours, it is not as simple to keep the spine and neck straight for long hours without discomfort. Practice of Hatha Yoga helps immensely.

I happened to meet and connect with Anandji (or Swami Kewalanandaji).

As weekdays are usually crazy for me, I chose a weekend session; one hour on Saturday and Sunday each for Hatha Yoga training. I do a selected few of them during the weekdays as well.

The results of even these are in itself quite encouraging.  Bodhidham and its chief instructor Anandji, evidently is an expert in the art of Yoga. Having learned and practiced in some of the greatest Yoga schools and under some of the great teachers and having lived a life of seclusion and contemplation, Anandji brings a wealth of experience and insights which I have not seen in many of the Yoga practitioners and teachers.[/dt_sc_tm_carousel_item][dt_sc_tm_carousel_item image=”6697″ name=”Ranjit Raman” role=”Bank Employee and Yoga Enthusiast”]Yoga Trek is one of its kind, of real value (value for money as well). Organizers were more like a family…. Clean fresh air, breath taking scenery combined with yoga practice from real yoga practitioners and teachers.

Hatha Yoga/Pranayama and meditation at these altitudes amidst the beautiful serene mountains….. it is rejuvenation at the next level…. Strongly recommend the trek for anyone who wants to get away from day to day monotonous routine and rejuvenate and refresh ones “self”. it is worth every dime….[/dt_sc_tm_carousel_item][dt_sc_tm_carousel_item name=”- Pallav Uday” role=”Professional” image=”4920″]I cannot say enough great things about Ananda. he introduced me to Hatha Yoga and it truly made a big positive impact to my life.
Not only is Ananda extremely knowledgeable, he is also friendly, thorough and patient. Overall, I can say with utmost confidence that Ananda’s classes and teaching methodologies are simply fantastic![/dt_sc_tm_carousel_item][dt_sc_tm_carousel_item name=”Veena” role=”IT Professional, Home Maker” image=”6698″]It all comes to balancing of priorities. Yoga practice fills me up with energy and sets me on track for the week. While balancing work, home, family and other priorities, body and mind takes a toll and what better way to rejuvenate than spending an hour focusing on oneself. Thanks to Bodhidham and Anandji who makes this practice easy and tuned to our capacity and essential nature and requirements.[/dt_sc_tm_carousel_item][/dt_sc_tm_carousel_wrapper][/vc_column][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”160px”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
